Which justice resigned from the Warren Court because of his son?

Justice Tom C. Clark resigned from the Court in 1967 when President Lyndon B. Johnson named Clark’s son, Ramsey, U.S. attorney general. Clark wanted to avoid any conflict of interest since his son would be presenting cases regularly before the Court.
