How does gravity fit into the Standard Model?

It does not fit. Gravity, explained by Einstein’s General Theory of Relativity, is extremely successful on the macroscopic scale. But, all attempts to create a quantum gravity have failed. So have attempts to fit gravity into the Standard Model.
