What is known of Inca religion and mythology?

Regrettably, since the Inca lacked a written language, not a great deal is known about their mythology. What is known was recorded by the Spanish colonists. We know that the Inca believed in an afterlife, in which the good went to one place, the bad to another less appealing one. We also know something of the Inca pantheon and the mythological stories of the creation and of Incan origins.
