So did Uriah find out that his wife, Bathsheba, was pregnant with David’s child?

No. After David failed to trick Uriah, he plotted to have him killed. David sent word to Joab, the commander of his army, and told him to place Uriah in the most dangerous part of the battle and leave him exposed to the enemy. Joab did as David commanded. Uriah the Hittite was killed.
