How did Elijah shame the prophets revered by Ahab and Jezebel?

Elijah challenged the prophets of Asherah to a kind of duel. The 450 prophets of Baal received a bull. Elijah received a bull. If God set Elijah’s bull aflame, then God won. If Baal set the prophets’ bull aflame, then Baal won.
